Brief Company History The firm was established in 1948 by Roy D Millard LS, and over the years has evolved through many names, such as Millard & Millard Land Surveyors, David Millard Land Surveyor, Millard & MacKay Land Surveyors and Civil Engineers to the present Millard, MacKay and Delles Land Surveyors LLP. The firm has done surveying work of all kinds throughout the US and Central America. While the bulk of our surveying work has been for private firms, we have also done work for the US Army Corps of Engineers, The National Parks Service and the New York State Facilities Development Corp.
